1. The applicant has preferred this third bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail as he is arrested in connection with crime No.50/2019 registered in Police Station Amanaka Raipur, District - Raipur C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 34 of the I.P.C.

2. Applicant is husband of deceased Poonam Chouhan. She was married with the applicant on 09.5.2017. She committed suicide in her matrimonial house on 10.2.2019.

MCRC No. 3767 of 2021 There is allegation of demand of dowry at the time and after marriage.

3. Learned State counsel would oppose the prayer for grant of bail.

4. Considering the fact that two earlier bail applications have been dismissed on merits, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail, however, at the same time, the applicant being in jail since 14.2.2019, liberty is reserved in his favour to revive the prayer after the material witnesses are examined or after six months, whichever is earlier.

5. Accordingly, the third bail application is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty.
