Hon'ble Shri Justice Goutam Bhaduri Order 23/06/20 Heard.

1. Grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner belongs to ST category and he is claiming under the physically handicapped quota. He would submit that the State has finalized the list of physically disabled category candidate for the post of Assistant Teacher (Science), however all the other category have been included but category of ST has not been included in such physically handicapped category. Therefore at this stage, the petitioner prayed that the petitioner may be given liberty to raise objection before respondent No.2 who in turn may decide the same.

2. Considering the limited prayer of the petitioner, without any observation on the merits, at this stage the petitioner is given liberty to raise objection before respondent No.2 within a period of two weeks from today. Thereafter the respondent No.2 may decide the objection of the petitioner with respect to the reservation claimed in respect of the Physically Handicapped Scheduled Tribe Category.
