The applicant failed to remove the default within 2 weeks. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the default shall be removed within 15 days.

In view of the above and for the reason mentioned in the applicant's prayer for restoration of WPS No.3569/2015 is allowed, subject however to payment of cost of Rs.1000/- to the Chhattisgarh High Court Bar Association within a period of 15 days. 4.

It is made clear, if the cost is not paid within a period of 15 days from today, this order shall loose its efficacy.
