Hon'ble Shri Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra Order On Board 02/08/2016 Heard on I.A.No. 01/2016 for condonation of delay in filing the present MCC. 2.

On due consideration, I am satisfied that sufficient cause for delay occurred in filing the present MCC has been shown by the petitioner. 3.

Accordingly, I.A.No.01/2016 is allowed and the delay in filing the MCC is condoned.

Heard on MCC for restoration of WPS No.2565/2009 dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 30.03.2016 passed by this Court. 5.

On due consideration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the

petitioner, I am satisfied that the petitioner is successful in explaining the sufficient reason for non-appearance of the counsel on the date when the case was called for hearing.

MCC is accordingly allowed and the WPS No.2565 of 2009 dismissed for want of prosecution on 30.03.2016 is restored to its original number. 7.
