NAFR HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR CONT No. 383 of 2017 Revati Raman Singh S/o Guman Singh, Aged About 27 Years R/o. Village Gaurela, Tehsil Pendra Road, District Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) ---- Petitioner

Versus

1. Shri P. Dayanand I. A. S., Collector, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh,

2. Shri K. S. Paikra, Sub Divisional Officer, Masturi, District Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh)

3. Shri P. K. Gupta, Tahsildar, Masturi, District Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) ---- Respondents Shri Ritesh Verma, counsel for the petitioner/s. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 21/08/2017 Petitioner's grievance is that despite order dated 03/03/2017, that the petitioner was relieved by Tahsildar, Pendraroad, he has not been allowed to join at Masturi on the ground that the post at Masturi is already occupied. 2.

This Court had disposed off the petition filed earlier with a direction to relieve the petitioner. The issue of joining was neither raised nor was available for consideration. It appears that for some reason, his joining has not been allowed, though, in the opinion of this Court, is not an act of willful disobedience of order dated 03/03/2017 because as soon as the petitioner was relieved, the order passed by this Court was complied with.

3.

The contempt petition is accordingly finally disposed off. The other grievance with regard to not allowing the petitioner to join may be challenged by filing separate writ petition.
