1. After arguing at length, learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant application. However, he prays that in the event of filing of bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the applicant before the Trial Court, the Trial Court may be directed to decide the said application in accordance with law, preferably on the same date of its filing.
