Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation to the Registrar, Trade Union on 26.12.2017 for redressal of his grievance but that has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the respondent No.2 is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation after hearing the affected parties, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
