In an application for compensation filed by applicants/claimants, the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal by

its award dated 29/06/2011 awarded a sum of Rs. 1,22,000/- in their favour alongwith interest and further directed that the amount of Rs. 30,000/-, be deposited in Fixed Deposit at the name of each of them and accordingly, it has been deposited. 2.

The applicants filed an application for disbursal of such amount deposited in the Fixed Deposit stated that the amount of Rs. 90,000/- required for the marriage of son of applicant No. 2-Bhagwat Yadav, which the Tribunal has rejected.

Learned counsel for the applicants would submit that though the marriage has already been solemnized on 20/04/2016 and the marriage has performed after taking debt from the family friends.

After hearing learned counsel appearing for the applicants and taking into consideration the need of the applicants and the reasons assigned, I deem it appropriate to direct that the amount of Rs. 30,000/- alongwith interest deposited in the name of applicant No.2-Bhagwat Yadav be disbursed in his bank account. The remaining deposited amount in the name of applicant No. 1-Jailal Yadav and applicant No. 3-Bhagwati Prasad Yadav shall remain intact.

The civil revision is allowed to the extent indicated herein-above.
