1. Heard.

2. This petition has been filed for early disposal of the civil suit pending before the Family Court, Raigarh in January 2015.

3. Although the order sheets of the trial Court would reflect that unnecessary adjournments have been allowed in favour of the opposite party yet since the suit is of the year 2015, this Court would refrain from issuing any specific direction for disposal of the suit in a particular time period. However, the trial Court is expected to make

all possible endeavour to dispose of the suit at the earliest, failing which, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh seeking time frame for disposal of the suit.
