Upon due consideration, I am satisfied that the applicant has shown sufficient cause for delay occurred in filing the present MCC. 3.
Accordingly, I.A.No.01/2016 is allowed and the delay in filing the present MCC is condoned.

Heard on MCC for restoration W.P.No.748/2003 dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 30.07.2013 passed by this Court. 5.
On due consideration and upon hearing the learned counsel for the
applicant, I am satisfied that the applicant succeeded in explaining the nonappearance of the counsel on the date when the writ petition was called for hearing.

MCC is accordingly allowed and the Writ Petition No.748/2003 is restored to its original number.
