Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.218/2015 registered at Police Station- Ramanujnagar, District - Surajpur (C.G.), for offence punishable under Section 354, 452 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail. 2.

As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that on 15.10.2015 when the complainant went to the school at that time, the applicant came there and caught hold of her, thereafter she raised alarm then student of the school came down. Subsequently, snatched the mobile of the complainant and threatened the complainant to face the consequences, if the report is made.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that, the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case and the complainant was in relation with the applicant and because of social pressure false allegations

Page No.2 have been made. Therefore, he prays that the applicant may be extended the benefit of anticipatory bail.

Per contra, the learned State counsel opposes the prayer for grant of bail.

I have perused the case diary and the documents, it contains the written report as also statement of the students. Taking into nature of the allegations and the place, where the offence is committed, it appears that custodial interrogation of the applicant may be required. Therefore, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. 6.
