The petitioner is aggrieved by the grant of lease of fishing rights by the Janpad Panchayat, Arang, District Raipur to respondent No.3, Dheewar Machuara Matsa Sahkari Samiti Maryadit. 2.

In view of the fact that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of preferring an appeal before the Collector, Shri Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioner, would seek permission of the Court to withdraw the

writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the concerned Collector.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
