2. Vide a request letter dated 11.05.2020 "Request for extension of time in Sessions Trial (Special POCSO) Case bearing registration No. 169/2018, 9th Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd FTC (Special Court) Raipur, (C.G.) has prayed for grant of more time for disposal of the trial pending before him/her in connection with Crime No. 171/2018 for which a period of six months was granted by this Court order dated 15.11.2019 passed in MCRC No. 5319/2019.

3. On due consideration, 9th Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd FTC (Special Court) Raipur, (C.G.) is granted further six months time for disposal of the

trial.

4. Accordingly, the Cr.M.P. stands disposed of.
