For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed and the delay in filing the appeal is hereby condoned. 3.

Also heard on admission.

Challenge in this appeal is to the order dated 01.10.2015 passed by Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg in Case No.09/2015 awarding Rs.1500/- as interim maintenance to the respondent-wife.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the appellant submits that purpose of filing the instant appeal would be served if direction is issued to the Family court to decide the main case itself expeditiously. 6.

Submission made by counsel for the appellant appears to be reasonable. The instant appeal is disposed of with a direction to the Family Court to decide the main case itself expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing. 7.

It would be the duty of the appellant to inform the Court below about the order passed by this Court.

Registry is also directed to send a copy of this order to the Court below.
