This appeal is totally misconceived. The Learned Single Judge dismissed the writ petition on the ground that it was highly belated. The Petitioner filed the petition challenging the appointments of Respondents No.4 and 5. These appointments were made in the year 1998 and the challenge was made in the year 2014.

The only explanation given is that some other persons had challenged the appointments of those very Respondents. The stand of the Petitioner is that in similar situation, the Madhya Pradesh High Court decided the matter in the year 2007 and it is only thereafter she came to know about her rights. There is no explanation why she did not approach this Court immediately after 2007 also. 3.
