The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the concerned Patwari, who is not implementing the order passed by the Tahsildar, Takhatpur on 05.08.2015.

If the order passed by the Tahsildar has not been interfered by any superior Revenue Court and is still operative, the petitioner may move an application before the concerned Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), who shall decide the petitioner's application within a period of 3 months from the date of submission.
