Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to respondent No.2 to decide his case within stipulated period. In the said case preferred by the petitioner on 02.03.2015 he has prayed for cancellation of the lease granted in favour of private respondents even though the petitioner is in possession of the land.

Perusal of the order sheets of the proceedings before the Collector, Surajpur would demonstrate that since after summoning of report from Naib Tahsildar, the parties have appeared before the said sub-ordinate Revenue Officer, however, no

proceeding has been drawn after 21.09.2015.

Considering the entire fact situation of the case, the Tahsildar, Surajpur, is directed to complete the proceedings at the earliest preferably within a period of 6 months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order. 5.
