1. The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents for considering his representation that petitioner has made for reimbursement of the GST amount.

2. The limited prayer is not opposed by the State counsel.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2, 3 & 4 to take a decision on the

representation/claim that petitioner has raised so far as reimbursement of the GST amount is concerned.
