(2) The accused/applicant has moved this Second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.126/2015 registered at Police Station - Chhuriya for the offences punishable under Sections 454, 380 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

(3) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 05.10.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 5286/2015.
