1. The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner has not been given full and complete benefit of pay scale revision from time to time as per the Govt. policy dated 16.4.2016. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner is entitled to get benefit of higher time scale of pay of Rs.15600 - 39100 + 5400/- w.e.f. 1.4.2006 as per earlier Govt. circular dated 28.6.2008 of the Finance Department of the Govt., he having completed 24 years of service.
2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner's claim would be considered by the respondent No.4, who is the appointing authority of the petitioner.
3. In view of the above stand taken, let the petitioner submit a fresh representation
-2with complete details to respondent No.4. Upon such representation made, respondent No.4 shall decide the same within a period of 3 months. In case the grievance is not redressed, it would be open for the petitioner to take recourse to appropriate remedy available to him under the law.
