Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 18/07/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was earlier transferred vide order dated 13/11/2015 (Annexure P/2) from the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Dhamtari to the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Raipur. The petitioner carried out the transfer order without challenging the same. Now, the petitioner has claimed that his representation may be considered and he may be sent back to the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Dhamtari.

State counsel submits that at present, the respondents may be directed to

consider his representation.

Accordingly, this petition is finally disposed off. The representation of the petitioner shall be considered and he may be considered to be transferred to the jurisdiction of Jila Panchayat, Dhamtari. The decision shall be taken by respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks after taking due NOC of respondent No.3. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
