Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made a complaint / representation before respondent No. 2Collector, District Koriya against respondent No. 3 which is pending consideration since 27.09.2017 and has not been decided till date. 2.

Be that as it may, respondent No. 2 - Collector, District Koriya is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
