Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 20/07/2017 The petitioner has challenged the legality and validity of order dated 26/04/2017 by which, his joining has not been accepted on the ground that the post of Dak Runner is not available in Janpad Panchayat, Marwahi. 2.

Though number of grounds have been raised, I find that the order passed by the Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat is appealable one under Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995. In these circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere with the order in the writ petition. This petition is accordingly dismissed.

The petitioner may file appeal.

If the appeal is filed along with application for condonation of delay, the same shall be considered by the authority.
