1. Heard.
2. The Case of the petitioner is that he is in possession of nazul land bearing Khasra No.3/10 admeasuring 1750 square feet and has constructed a hotel on 1500 square feet. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the policy of the State Government dated 11.09.2019 the petitioner had applied for lease of land by paying requisite price and on such application, the proceedings commenced on 22/7.2020 vide Annexure P-2. He would further submit that maximum part of preliminary proceedings have been done, however, it
has not yet been concluded.
3. The report Annexure P-4 would show that the petitioner is in possession of the land bearing Khasra No.3/10 and the area is 1750 square feet wherein the construction was made prior to 2017.
4. Considering the fact that the proceedings has already commenced and it has not been concluded till date, it is directed that the Collector Korea shall conclude the proceeding, which has commenced on on 22.07.2020 on the application of petitioner, within the shortest possible time preferably within a period of further 4 months from the date of receipt of this order.
5. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed off.
