No.819/2010, Shri Shailendra Dubey, Advocate appears and informs that initially, the appeal was filed by him on behalf of the appellants but later on, he is not receiving instructions and it appears that some other counsel has filed his memo in the case who may have received paper book also. 2.

After perusal of the records of the two cases, we find that the two appeals are filed on behalf of Dujeram Banjare. The appeal filed in earlier point of time i.e. Cr.A. No.819/2010, has been filed by Dujeram Banjare along with two other accused against conviction. Second criminal appeal has been filed two years thereafter separately in the name of Duje Ram Banjare. As Dujeram has already filed appeal in the year 2010, Cr.A.No.1163/2012 cannot be entertained and the same is disposed off. 3.
