2. Applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C as he is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No. 75/2021, registered at Police Station Amanaka, District Raipur (C.G.) for the offfence punishable under Section 420 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application on the ground that the applicant has expired, therefore, the bail application has become infructuous.
