1. The petitioner is working as Assistant Veterinary Surgeon and he has been transferred from District Hospital, Raigarh to Veterinary Hospital, Sariya. He is President of Chhattisgarh State Gazetted Officers' Association, Branch Raigarh and as such by virtue of circular dated 25-8-2004, his services cannot be transferred whereas, he has been transferred from District Hospital, Raigarh to Veterinary

W.P.(S)No.4287/2015 Hospital, Sariya.

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner shall make a representation before the State within ten days and in turn, the State authority shall decide the same within one month from the date of receipt of the said representation, and till the representation of the petitioner is decided, the effect and operation of the order of transfer dated 3-11-2015 (Annexure P-1), qua the petitioner, shall remained stayed.
