The dispute raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is in respect of nongranting of charge to the petitioner as per the order passed by the Director of the Department dated 25.01.2019, as also the order of the Deputy Director dated 02.02.2019.

Given the facts that the dispute only is in respect of handing over of the charge to the petitioner, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending, rather ends of justice would serve if the respondents No.2 & 3 are directed to ensure that the decision taken by the Director dated 25.01.2019 and the Deputy Director dated 02.02.2019 is complied with in its letter and spirit at the earliest in accordance with law at the earliest. 3.
