This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.188/2014, registered at Police Station Pussore District Raigarh (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Section 394/34 of I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that only three prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined. 3.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact that only three witnesses are yet to be examined, the trial Court is directed to do well to secure their presence and decide the case as early as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt and/or production of certified copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, second bail application is
disposed of.
