1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has a limited prayer, since the application under Section 250 of Land Revenue Code is pending before the Tahsildar, Raigarh since 1999, therefore, the Tahsildar may be directed to decide the same as evidence is already been closed. It is further prayed that the Tahsildar may further be directed to decide the same within stipulated term.
2. Learned State counsel submits that initially petition was filed against 43 persons but as per report, the persons who are in possession of the land, it has gone up 150.
3. In view of the submission made by both the parties and the limited prayer made by petitioner, it is directed that the Tahsildar, Raigarh shall decide the
case filed by the petitioner within a further period of six months. In respect of the parties present before this Court. The order will not be binding to the parties who are not made a party before the Tahsildar and are in possession of land.
