The petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the Regional Transport Authority, Sarguja granting stage carriage permit to the respondent No.3 for the route Pratappur to Chirmiri via Bhaiyyathan, Patana, Baikunthpur.

The impugned order being appealabe, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as may be available to him under the provisions of law. 3.

It is ordered, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
