This petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C has been preferred against the order of Revisional Court by which the Revisional Court has remanded the matter to the learned Sub Divisional Magistrate, Raipur for hearing for disposal in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that proceeding under Section 145 of Cr.P.C. is pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate. 3.

Be that as it may, the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Raipur is directed to consider and conclude Section 145 Cr.P.C. proceeding finally within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. However, petitioner is at liberty to make an application before the Sub Divisional Magistrate for appropriate relief.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
