With consent of Learned Counsel for the parties, the matter has been taken up for final disposal at this stage itself as Learned Counsel for the parties are agreed that this appeal may be disposed in terms of order dated 27.11.2015 in Writ Appeal No. 568 of 2015, the only difference being that the Appellant was reinstated after the award in the year 2013.

The appeal is disposed in similar terms as Writ Appeal No. 568 of 2015 dated 27.11.2015.
