Mr. Gagan Tiwari, counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 08.01.2019, the claim of the petitioner was scrutinized and it was found that the services rendered by the petitioner as Daily Wage Worker till he is regularized with the department could not be counted for the purpose of pensionary benefits. That for the subsequent period after regularisation his pension has already been released and it has also since been revised subsequently. As regards the Pension for service rendered by the petitioner as Daily Wage the said claim stands rejected.

The decision of the respondents has been brought on record as Annexure R-2 dated 25.11.2019. In view of the same, the contempt petition stands disposed of, reserving the right of the petitioner to assail the subsequent order dated 25.11.2019, if at all if the petitioner is aggrieved of the same, by way of a fresh proceeding.
