This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 08-09-2014 passed by this Court in WPC No.1736 of 2014. 2.

Though, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that again fresh writ petition was filed before this Court, in which, vide order dated 31-08-2017, liberty was granted, but that would not come to the aid of the petitioner to overcome his grievance.

This contempt petition has been filed in respect of an order passed by this Court wayback on 08-09-2014. Therefore, no proceedings can be drawn against the respondent in the instant contempt petition. 4.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
