The present appeal arises from an order dated 7.10.2015 dismissing Writ Petition (S) No.3642 of 2009 but granting liberty to the Appellant to pursue remedies before the authorities with regard to his perceived grievance of assignment below his juniors in seniority.

The enunciation of the correct law by the Learned Single Judge does not persuade us to interfere with the order. This however does not affect the liberty granted to the Appellant by the Learned Single Judge. 3.

The appeal is dismissed.
