1. By the impugned order the Collector (Mines), Raipur has rejected petitioner's application for renewal of quarry lease of limestone.
2. The order impugned is appealable under Rule 57 of the Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral Rules, 2015.
3. In view of the availability of statutory alternative remedy, the writ petition is not maintainable.
