Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's grievance for compassionate appointment is pending consideration, default pointed out has been rectified but till date no decision has been taken on his application.

Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to take decision on petitioner's application for compassionate appointment expeditiously.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed off. It is made clear that this Court has not made any
