2. In view of the fact that the cost of Rs.1000/- has already been paid by the petitioner, as directed by this Court vide order dated 16.3.2018 passed in MCC No.68 of 2018, but there was some delay in paying the cost, the explanation offered for delay in payment of cost is found to be satisfactory.
