2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the election of Nagar Kabaddi, Sangh, Rajnandgaon, which has taken place on 22.05.2016.

3. Admittedly, Nagar Kabaddi Sangh, Rajnandgaon is a Society registered under the Chhattisgarh Societies Registration Adhiniyam, 1973 (in short "the Adhiniyam,

1973").

4. If the petitioner is aggrieved by any illegality committed in the course of holding such election, he has the remedy of preferring an appeal before the Registrar, Firms and Societies, in terms of Section 40 of the Adhiniyam, 1973.

5. In view of availability of alternative remedy, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event, the petitioner prefers an appeal under Section 40 of the Adhiniyam, 1973 within a period of one month from today, the Registrar shall consider and decide the appeal in accordance with law, at the earliest, preferably within a period of 03 months.
