By an order dated 31/03/2016 second appeal filed by the appellant was disposed of with a direction to vacate the premises within four months. 3.

This application has been filed by the appellant for extension of time for vacating premises on the ground that he has started construction over his own land. Photograph to this effect has also been filed praying for further time of 45 days for vacating premises.

Shri Parag Kotecha, learned counsel for the respondent opposes the prayer.

On due consideration, considering the photograph which is filed another one month's time is provided to vacate the premises from today. Rest of the condition shall remain as it is.

With such observation, MCC stands disposed.
