Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 21/08/2017 At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that referring to the reply and documents filed along with reply submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and order has been passed on 04/08/2017. 2.
On the issue of delay in compliance of the order of the Court, it has been stated in the reply that the delay was caused because the order passed by the Court and necessary steps required to be taken were not brought to the notice of the authority and the concerned clerk was found negligent due to which, records could not be placed before the respondents in time which resulted in delay in compliance of the Court's order and a show cause notice has been separately issued to the concerned clerk for such negligence. 3.
In view of above, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. The contempt petition is closed with liberty to challenge order dated 04/08/2017 on such grounds as may be available to him under the law. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
