Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/08/2017 Heard on admission.

1. This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging willful disobedience of order dated 28.06.2017 passed by this Court in WPS No.2707 of 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even though the order dated 28.06.2017 directs that the effect and operation of the suspension order shall remained stayed during the pendency of prayer of interim relief meaning thereby that this protection has to continue till the prayer for interim relief is considered and disposed off by the appellate authority, the petitioner is not being allowed to work.

3. Upon being inquired, whether the petitioner submitted his joining in the office of

-2Tahsildar, Gariyaband along with the order passed by this Court on 28.06.2017, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he had orally prayed.

4. The petitioner should submit in writing an application of joining along with order dated 28.06.2017, in the office where he was working on the date of suspension i.e. in the office of Tahsildar, Gariyaband. The Tahsildar Gariyaband would be under an obligation to allow the petitioner to join and work and await appropriate order from the Commissioner.
