---- Petitioner
Versus
1. State Of Chhattisgarh Through, The Secretary, Department Of Panchayat & Rural Development, Mantralaya Mahanadi Bhavan, Naya Raipur, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
2. Janpad Panchayat Marvahi, Block Marvahi, District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
3. Chief Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat Marvahi, Block Marvahi, District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh.
4. Development Block Education Officer, Block Maravahi District Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
5. District Level Cast Scrutiny Committee, Old Composite Building Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.
---- Respondents Shri Utkal Pradhan and Shri Yogendra Pandey, counsel for the petitioner/s. Shri Chandresh Shrivastava, Panel Lawyer for the State. Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/08/2017 The petitioner has challenged legality and validity of order of termination. Though number of grounds have been raised by the petitioner submitting that the order was illegal and the petitioner should have been granted some more time to file appropriate certificate of the High Level Caste Scrutiny Committee, I am of the view that the grounds raised in the petition are not one of those extra ordinary grounds due to which the Writ Court should not insist upon exhaustion of alternative remedy of filing appeal under Panchayat (Appeal and Revision) Rules, 1995 (for short 'the Rules of 1995'). The petition is accordingly dismissed though
with liberty to file appeal under the Rules of 1995. The period during which this petition remained pending before this Court, shall be excluded for the purposes of counting limitation. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Deepti
