Heard on the application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is first bail application before this Court filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 27-02-2020 in connection with Crime No.83/2020 registered at Police Station - New Rajendra Nagar, District Raipur, Chhattisgarh, for the offence under Section 4, 5 & 7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act 1956 & under Section 25 of Arms Act. 2.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. No case is made out against the applicant. Similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail by the coordinate Bench of this Court. Therefore, it is prayed that this applicant may also be enlarged on bail.

Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the application, submitting that age of the applicant needs verification and also the case diary is not available. Therefore, the application may be rejected. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents.

According to the prosecution case, on Saraswati Manikpuri was organizer of flesh trade in which the applicant was one of the persons engaged in providing services to the clients, regarding which the FIR has been lodged. 6.

Considering that the applicant is in jail since about more than three months and that similarly placed co-accused has been granted bail, therefore, I feel inclined to allow this application.

Consequently, this application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail is hereby allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on her furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, for her appearance as and when directed. 8.
