The grievance of the petitioner raised in the present writ petition is that the petitioner, inspite of discharging his duties uninterruptedly, is not being paid the salary since July, 2018 onwards.

Considering the nature of dispute, this Court does not intend to keep the writ petition pending by admitting the same, rather ends of justice would serve if the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents No.2 & 3 to verify the claim of the petitioner and subject to the verification of the factual matrix, in case if the petitioner is discharging his duties, the petitioner should be released of his salary, which is payable to him without any further delay including the arrears, if any, within an outer limit of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
