Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has made representation before the Nagar Panchayat, Gandai, District Rajnandgaon on 10.08.2016 for allotment of shop but it has not been considered and decided till date.

Be that as it may, the Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Gandai, District Rajnandgaon is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation expeditiously preferably within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
