This is a petition wherein it is stated that bail was granted to this applicant on 4/11/2015 wherein the Crime No.115/2015 has been shown whereas the actual Crime No. should be 115/2014 and charge sheet has been filed showing offence under Section 417, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B and 409 of Indian Penal Code 3.

I have perused the document and the order and also case diary of Crime No.115/2014. Perusal of the case diary shows that in the similar nature of allegation bail has been granted to co-accused Gandur in M.Cr.C. No.6574/2015 and this applicant's bail application was considered on 4/11/2015 wherein crime number was wrongly shown. 4.

Taking into account facts and circumstances of the case and also for the fact that charge sheet has been filed, this Cr.M.P. is allowed and it is directed that the applicant shall be released on his furnishing personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the

satisfaction of concerned trial court for his regular appearance before it as and when directed.
