1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.24/2020 registered in Police Station: Koyalibeda District North Bastar Kanker for offence under Section 294, 506 (Part-II) and 307 of the IPC.

2. The applicant has caused injuries over the neck of the injured by means of axe.

3. Considering the entire fact situation of the case and the fact that the axe has been recovered at the instance of the applicant, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the Application is rejected. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the applicant to revive the prayer after examination of the injured.
