1. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the Central Administrative Tribunal Bench (CAT) has become functional and periodically
-2sits at Bilaspur. It is also submitted that there is regular Bench functioning at Jabalpur (MP) where the petitioner can approach and take appropriate remedy.
2. In view of the said submission, this petition, at this stage, is disposed off. However, the interim order passed earlier will continue for a period of 30 days or till the date the petitioner files petition before the Tribunal, whichever is earlier.
